Privacy policy for customers and partners

We will only process information from natural persons if this is necessary for our current or future contractual relationship with you or has to be done to comply with legal requirements. We will delete your data as soon as the legally prescribed periods have expired or the data are no longer needed for other reasons.

If we have to commission other service providers to provide our services for you – such as logistics companies or GasLINE Customer Projects GmbH – we will pass on your data to the required extent. Our website can generally be used without providing any personal data. Where there is an opportunity for visitors to enter personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses), such data submitted by the user is provided voluntarily.

We reserve the right to incorporate content from of third parties, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, Google Fonts, graphics from other websites into our website. The IP address is therefore needed in order to display this content. We endeavour to only use content from providers who use the IP address only to deliver such content. ESRI Maps

We use the service “ESRI”. The provider is Environmental Systems Research Institue Inc, 380 New York St, Redlands, CA 92373, USA (hereinafter “ESRI”).

ESRI offers a globally distributed content delivery network for maps. This technically involves the retrieval of map data for our network map from ESRI’s servers. In the process, your IP address is transmitted to ESRI.

The use of ESRI is based on our legitimate interest in making our website as appealing as possible (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
We have concluded a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for the use of the above service. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that this service only processes the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the DSGVO.

We do not use any tools to measure reach or to track or profile users. We do not pass on your data and do not analyse any data about you.

Privacy policy for the use of CCTV

At our location in Straelen, we have installed CCTV at points with an increased risk of unauthorised entry or intrusion into the buildings. Some of these CCTV systems are not visible from the outside.

The recorded images are deleted after 3 working days if there are no indications of an illegal entry by third parties into the premises or buildings of the company. In the event of unauthorised entry or intrusion, the images will be stored until the end of any police investigations and be made available to the investigating authorities.
The recording is based on the legitimate interest of the person responsible.
