ESRI offers a globally distributed content delivery network for maps. This technically involves the retrieval of map data for our network map from ESRI’s servers. In the process, your IP address is transmitted to ESRI.

The use of ESRI is based on our legitimate interest in making our website as appealing as possible (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
We have concluded a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for the use of the above service. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that this service only processes the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the DSGVO.

At our location in Straelen, we have installed CCTV at points with an increased risk of unauthorised entry or intrusion into the buildings. Some of these CCTV systems are not visible from the outside.

The recorded images are deleted after 3 working days if there are no indications of an illegal entry by third parties into the premises or buildings of the company. In the event of unauthorised entry or intrusion, the images will be stored until the end of any police investigations and be made available to the investigating authorities.
The recording is based on the legitimate interest of the person responsible.
